Judge Pro (retired) served in the federal judicial system for nearly 35 years and earned a reputation for having a deep understanding of the law. He was the sole United States Magistrate Judge in Las Vegas from 1980 - 1987 and traveled to over 20 countries in order to promote the rule of law.
